Can I get a refund if it rains or the weather is poor?
There is no need. The carriages run regardless of the weather. They are fully covered and fully climate controlled with both heating and air conditioning. UniCarriage may cancel a ride under severe weather conditions.
Can the tour stop upon request or only at designated sites?
One and two hour tours have designated stops. If you schedule a custom tour of three hours or more, our staff will work with you to design the tour and pick your stops.
Is there an age limit? Are the carriages safe for kids? Can I bring a car seat?
The carriages are totally safe for children of all ages. However, we do not allow a child seat in any of the two seater carriages.
Do you provide blankets? Should I bring extras?
No blankets needed. The carriages can be fully enclosed. However, if you choose to ride with windows off, all carriages are equipped with blankets and heaters.
How long in advance do I need to reserve my carriage of choice?
Carriages are first come-first served. With a limited number of carriages in each city, it is advisable to book as far in advance as possible.
Are pets allowed?
Small dogs and service dogs are allowed, but UniCarriage must be notified in advance. Windows cannot be removed with pets in the carriage. Pets are not allowed in 2 passenger carriages.
Will you provide cold water?
Water and soft drinks are included. Champagne and other amenities are available for an extra fee.
What about bathroom breaks?
On the one and two hour rides, bathroom breaks are on an emergency only basis. For all rides over three hours, bathroom breaks will be on an as needed basis. Rides will not be extended if a bathroom break is requested.
